Nathan Rodda - Prince Von und du zu Lippert-Weyelersheim

Nathan Rodda first met Hans in the early 1970s, when Hans came to dinner at his parents’ home.  Thirty years later, Nathan was discovered doing Gilbert & Sullivan; he was honored to be cast in The Count of Luxembourg in 2003.  He has played Sir Bailey Barre in Utopia, the Costumier in The Grand Duke, the Solicitor in Patience and Njegus in The Merry Widow. In 1992 he became the scenic painter, and for the past eleven seasons, he has also designed the sets for the Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan Society.  An Art History graduate from UW, he is a design consultant when not working in theatre, and is co-owner of the Dickens Carolers.
